I only allocate so much time at each appointment and the goal is to start  doing media as soon as I get on location. Please arrive before the scheduled time and ensure that the property is photo ready. Make sure that we are not getting there and just opening the place up, moving items, making beds, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, or shoveling.

Secondly, I will let you know if I am running ahead of schedule or falling behind. I ask that you do the same.
