Just like you, I also have a busy day. Therefore, I only allocate so much time at each project. The average property will only takes 45 minutes when it is photo ready.

The appointment time is the time I will get there and be starting at. Please arrive PRIOR to this time to ensure everything is the way you want it to look BEFORE I get there.

The less people in the home during the photoshoot the better it is. Same goes for pets, as cute as they are....they do not need to be part of the photoshoot.

Please instruct your clients that we will  NOT have time to wait while they move items from room to room during the shoot. This is especially not possible while doing a 360 degree virtual tour.

If you have to discuss anything about the listing or go over the agreement for the sale of the home please do this BEFORE or AFTER the media appointment. 

Pricing is based on square footage. If you choose to do floor plans or a virtual tour on the above grade areas only, there will be a charge for photos taken of other requested areas such as basements and outbuildings.

I  will let you know if I am running ahead of schedule or falling behind. I ask that you do the same. Please also try to give as much time as possible if your client needs to change the appointment.
